Delete Your Klixa Account

You can delete your Klixa account at any time from inside the app.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Klixa app
2. Go to Settings
3. Select Delete Account

You may also request deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.

What Happens After Deletion

• Your account is immediately disabled for sign-in.
• Your account data is deleted within 30 days.
• Photos previously shared in shared Albums may remain visible to Album members as part of shared Album history.
• Album admins may continue to manage shared content, including deleting photos and Albums.

Retention

Standard operational logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability purposes.

Support

Klixa usually responds to deletion and support requests within 7 days.
