These Terms of Service govern your use of Klixa. By using Klixa, you agree to these terms.
About Klixa
Klixa is a photo-sharing service designed for shared moments such as weddings, trips, birthdays, and family events.
Users create Albums, invite members, and share photos together.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities that happen under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Albums, Admins, and Members
The person who creates an Album is the Album admin.
The admin may:
- Invite members.
- Remove members.
- Delete photos from the Album.
- Delete the Album.
If a member is removed, access to the Album ends on the next refresh.
Photos already contributed may remain visible to the remaining Album members unless deleted by the uploader or the Album admin.
Photo Ownership and License
You keep ownership of the photos you take and upload.
When you upload photos to a shared Album, you grant Klixa a limited, royalty-free license to:
- Store the photos.
- Process the photos.
- Display the photos to members of the shared Album.
This license exists only to operate the service and continues for as long as the shared Album exists or until the photo is deleted.
If you leave an Album or delete your account, photos you previously contributed to shared Albums may remain available to the remaining Album members as part of the shared Album history.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Klixa to:
- Upload or share illegal content.
- Upload child sexual abuse material.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
- Upload content that infringes copyrights or other rights.
- Attack, disrupt, or interfere with the service.
Klixa may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Notice will be provided by email where reasonable.
Content Moderation
Klixa may review reports of illegal content, abuse, harassment, or violations of these Terms.
Klixa may remove content or suspend accounts when necessary to protect users or the service.
Service Availability
Klixa is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Klixa does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent retention of content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klixa and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This includes loss of data, loss of content, loss of access, or service interruptions.
If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using Klixa at any time.
Klixa may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
Klixa may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Users should review these Terms periodically.
